Get an error message consistently when using the tool. “Could not load SSL Library”. Windows 8.1, IE 11, Chrome. Happens after I hit “analyze cookies”.

The removal tool worked perfectly the last few days. Today it stopped with the message:
Invalid at the top level of the document.
    Line 1
Can’t connect to the database MySQLser

What can I do to get the removal tool working again?

    Thanks, Barry
